Check out our upcoming Group Offerings…
Regulate & Restore: A Body-Based Approach - June 30-August 4
This group is designed to help participants better understand how their nervous system responds to stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Through psychoeducation, reflection, and practical body-based strategies, participants will learn to recognize their unique patterns, develop effective regulation skills, and build greater emotional resilience in everyday life.
You will leave with a deeper understanding of the connection between your body, emotions, and stress responses while learning somatic tools to feel more grounded, calm, and in control. Together, we will explore ways to navigate overwhelm, strengthen coping skills, and develop a personalized toolkit for long-term well-being.
Format: Small, closed group (8 participants max), virtual
Length: 6 weekly sessions, 90 minutes
Investment: $60 per session, with some sliding scale spots available
Session 1: Understanding Your Nervous System
Session 2: Recognizing Your Patterns
Session 3: Regulation Through the Body
Session 4: Anxiety, Overwhelm, and Emotional Regulation
Session 5: Rest, Boundaries, and Recovery
Session 6: Building a Personalized Regulation Plan
Participants are expected to commit to all 6 sessions, as the group is structured as a whole series rather than standalone sessions.
To promote ongoing skill integration and development, participants will gain access to 6 additional pro-bono Psychotherapy sessions with co-facilitator Sierra Jones, RP (Qualifying).
Supervision Group… coming soon
Group supervision can provide significant benefits to a developing Psychotherapist, including community, connection, ethical and clinical guidance, as well as reflection and self-development as a therapist. One of the most fulfilling parts of my therapeutic journey has been connecting with other therapists and feeling a sense of togetherness - thus, it is my hope to provide this opportunity for others as well.
Please reach out if you are interested in group supervision, and we can discuss further. Check back to see any updates about upcoming group supervision sessions!
